The Big Three Crimes That Were Refered Out

The committee referred out inciting an insurrection, 18 USC, 23 83. The third crime that was referred out is conspiracy to make a false statement. I think the incitement's going to be a hard one too, although Judge Amit Mehta did sort of suggest some of that in the Oath Keepers trial. But you know, I do think that if he doesn't get stopped by, you know, some kind of prosecution, he's going to do it again.
