I think churches need to build toward a public expression of the gifts of the spirit, including prophecy, including tongues, including interpretation. In my church, we don't really do tongues and interpretation from the stage, but I would if I felt really confident that somebody was was gifted an interpretation. If you have any sort of leadership role in church, I know that's probably not most of you, but it is something that you could work to work for your church.
