You Don't Have Any Cash to Put to Work
One option would be to sell holdings that you own and put it into new stocks, so if you've been throughout even as valuations become more attractive in other companies that the companies that you own are still the best ones. I cannot tell that for certain, I mean one sort of filter that you'd have to use is comparing company A to company B is it 5% cheaper than company B or 10% 50% 90%. It becomes very very hard to do that when there's fear in the market. Most people who act out of fear most of them don't realize they're acting out of fear.
