The Purpose of an Education
Having the set syllabus is that real standardization thing but so is having the set pay because that means it's like predictable for the university as a business. It really does make it this thing of like of being really utilitarian i guess maybe the right word i'm not sure it's really like functional the education and which again it's one of those things where students want to sort of get go away feeling like they've got something out of their education.
