The patient had no muscle rigidity was afibrile, but they were concerned enough that they gave dantraline. They ended up giving four doses of 2.5 per kilo. And we generally say on the hotline that if you given more than 10 per kilo and you still don't have a resolution of symptoms, you may be barking up the wrong tree. It's pretty unlikely that you'll need more than four of our initial doses in order to achieve a clinical remission.
