The Importance of Instinct in Social Work
Robbie: I think that there's 100% something to be said about instinct like you described. We can probably suss that out better with instincts than any other thing. It's important to find people that have the same values, but also have some key differences in who you are. Robbie and Z share a lot of commonalities in terms of personality and skill set,. But he's got a lot of creativity, an open mind and calm demeanor. He's what I call the philosopher in our families.
