The Politics of Inequality

This is a paper the White House would have been trying to get us to write about. The gains in longevity are being so unequally shared that benefit programs are becoming wildly regressive compared to where they used to be. We should see that as a separate and very serious public policy program public policy problem just a problem in in America today.
