The Health Disparities Literature Focuses on Patient Factors

The vast, vast majority of health disparities literature focusis on patient factors. But if you just focus on te other things, without im addressing the structural factors, it's very unlikely that ui'll make m big changes and then health outcomes. So i would say that helitercy is not really a patient factor. Really, what we're talking about here is the modifiable mechanism is, in effect as communication.
