Is the Letter of Intent Not Binding?
The conversations definitely progress pretty quickly once that wire framing was done and I think once they realized that like we really were serious about building this. And then at a certain point we're like, holy shit like we really need to build this now because we'll have customers immediately. So the way we were able to leverage those letters because we didn't actually have enough money to build the whole product. Then we're able to leverage that to go out and do a small angel round so we could actually build the product.
