Blamelessness is the notion of switching responsibility from people to systems and processes. We want to avoid finger pointing that i mention, for the one of you who've been in an organization. Blamelessness is also important to foster psychological safety in our team. And we want to make those changes because we cannot improve without changes, without taking risks.
