Is That Not What It Just Comes Down To?
For most people, the right to have a healthy life is often more important than the right to freedom of association or classic negative rights. So if you're depriving some someone of that in 20 22, it is the moral equivalent of stepping on their head in order to like, reach the drowning child in the pond and pull them out. I think intuitively, we think that the latter person who drowned the child is doing something much more wrong than the first person who merely failed to save them. And so that's the kend of key distinction.
