Southern European countries are a bit more liberal, aren't they? Are they? I don't know. Like game show, it's with lots of semi-nugity on them and stuff. You can do that as much as you like here, but it just doesn't make any difference. Girls wearing miniscirts in the middle of winter is not different if your skin is particularly thin. It's saying that because she's fat, the whole thing is like, insulate her against the dogs. But if the skin is exposed to the cold, then she's still going to get cold - even if she's a bit fat.
