What Would a Great Leader Do?

Leaders are great at camouflaging personal agendas with the language of organizational mission and vision. Great leaders don't avoid conflict, so suddenly this question reveals a weakness. Leadership often demands that we reach beyond what comes naturally to us. So oftentimes not every day, but once in a while, leadership requires me to do things that I would not normally do.
