Waukesh Herbar's Lie About Chloe

Chloe was offered 5,000 pounds to appear in an interview with UK breakfast program Good Morning Britain. In February 2018, Waukesh Herbar faced trial in Milan for kidnapping Chloe Ailing. His defense team argued he had become infatuated with Chloe and that the whole ordeal had been set up by her. The court found no evidence to suggest Chloe had been complicit in her own abduction. On June 11, 2018, W Kaukesh Herber was convicted of kidnapped Chloe Ailing and sentenced to 16 years and to 9 months in prison.
