TikTok and the Restrict Act

I wrote the first piece of legislation that would create a new regulatory body to, you know, to regulate these big digital media platforms. And I still believe that's what we should do. I think Congress will never do it well. We will fuck it up if you excuse the expression. The bill would give a Secretary of Commerce ability to ban foreign technologies and companies from operating in the U.S. If they pose a threat to national security.
