Bane: I think it's one of the things that has made you so repetatively successful at being tapped as the next great leader. You aren't being hired to not change, and so change is not threatening. It's what you do an and no one likes to change. He announced change is his one. A wonderful concept. Change is great for some one else or from a distance. Don't ask me to change my daily habits. None of us like change ourselves. And then, you know, working through others.
