The Importance of Communicating With the Sub Personality
Sub personalities are part of the soul. They share in the soul's free choice. And if you bring light to one of these ego states, and it's in pain or fear,. It may stop that light because it's afraid of it. Or that light brings up its pain. So it may move to stop that light. Because of its free choice, that light will stop. We do then through a hypnotic technique, usually, a card, idiomotor response where you get, you communicate through signals. When that sub personality receives that light love energy, it's a whole shift in change. At that point they can work towards integration, release and integration.
