I Want First Element Equals Array Bracket Zero?

In Rust, you can do a subscript of an integer and it will just panic if it's not there. But everywhere else you do like a dot get or a, you know, dot whatever, it'll always return like an option or a result. The other bizarre collection in Swift is data, which bridges over from object of C kind of but looks like an array too.
