How to Do Voice Exercises When You're Sick

You can do it not only when you feel bad or when you have a stuffy nose, but not just when you're sick. The movement that I recommend, it's not like sound like a doctor. It's so nice because ultimately voice is energy, it's frequencies and vibrations. So actually I really like doing it together because I felt that it kind of like enhances the vibrations. Just leave your hands and they go vibrations, resonate through your body. That's it.
