The Swedish publisher, Norstetz, was using an encrypted, password-protected email service called Hushmail in order to send the manuscript via email. With the password to the manuscript delivered separately via phone for an added layer of security. This was not one incident. It was a phishing spree that had been going on for years and would go on for years further.
