I'm very analogue, I've seen some excellent online ones that clients have produced with Google Sheets. So yeah, I love my notebook, I take a real pleasure in when one's running out of space,. I search for one that I really like, just because I find it attractive... and then I make motivational notes in the front of it. In terms of what I write, I obviously write down the session that I'm doing - if it's max strength, fingerboard, I will just write that. Then I'll put down what I've done, how many sets, how many reps, how much weight, etc, and how much time, and then also how much rest
