Do You Have a Daily Huddle?

Aga: I think sometimes people need a little bit of structure, maybe some nudges to engage in these activities. We have a daily huddle that everyone jumps on and huddle is led by a different person every single day. Same with the shout out channels. On a weekly basis, we celebrate great work being done with our Top Shelf Team-Made Award once a week. The pulse of playfulness at work, you should have little pulses of playfulness every day, but then have a social event every month. That's a little more intentional, a little more planned. And have your big hurrah that summer break.
