How to Disconnect During a Sabbatical

Sally Kohn: How did you do disconnecting during your sabbatical?Kohn: I got to tell you, this was hard for me, this whole process. But at the same time, I kept going back to the idea of, look, I've committed to doing this rather than get hung up on doing it perfectly with no contact from the outside world. So I gave up on the idea of a desert island even before it started. And thank you for making me try it.
