When Agosa first arrived at spotify, the design team was maybe like seven people. The discipline of design wasn't well established at all and there was no user research a team at all. So those are all things that we had to kind of establish. When you come into a situation where you have to build something from scratch, it's not that the problem itself is difficult. It's that there's so many steps and so many things that you need to fix along the way.
