Hunter Biden's Message to a Chinese Businessman

There are a lot of interesting details in this voluminous testimony that comes from two whistleblowers both from the IRS one of whom is this Gary Shapley and he points to a WhatsApp message. Hunter Biden sent an encrypted form of communication with a Chinese businessman on July 30th 2017. Joe Biden has said flatly that he didn't know anything about his son's business ever talked about it with his son right which is which which befuddled the mind about the possibility that a father and a son wouldn't talk shop about the son's businesses.
