Russ: I was struggling with some imposter syndrome when I sold my last company to LinkedIn. He downloaded the app and started building a meditation practice for himself. Russ says he blocks Friday afternoons where he doesn't take any meetings so that he can catch up on his work, play golf or go on a hike. "I get a minimum of seven hours asleep at night if I don't I feel it" said Russ.
