Hesse's Dreams and Dreams

Hesse was very interested in occult matters all the way back to his days in the Tula Society. An additional probable motive was getting back on Hitler's good side. Hesse started when falling as other high Nazi leaders outmaneuvered him, but landing a major peace deal that would free up Hitler to attack the Soviets could get him back in good with his boss.
