Companies to exploit that. Ironically, is not even the us. Itself becoming energy independent, is what does the us. Do about its allies? Japan, germany, britain. These are places that have imported natural resources and exported goods. There's no way to bring sunshine to japa or germany or britain that exceeds our level o technology.
