Ali G: We believe that orgs should be people positive. I am curious your take on how the digital HQ helps either operationalize or incentivize for that kind of people positivity. Ali: There are a few things. It's very easy as an employee to say like, here's what I am doing and here's the result. When you work that way, you get out of the rigor of like status updates and like work log tracking because it's just like, I don't need to do extra work to tell you that I'm doing work.
