The first thing that popped in my head was, looks bet like an impac crater. I don't have a background an aa cratring, i should say. And as we looked into it in more detail, it meats just all the criterion of an impact crater of that size. The height of the central uplift relative to the diameter gibbon, the diameter it is on earth, you know, it should have a central uplift, and it does.
