The Importance of Being Selfless
I had a period of depression after my daughter was born. I didn't recognise her quite a long time and so she was maybe nine months old when I recognised this is really an issue. It went on through various kind of trips to the doctor and medication on medication off and all of that, for four and a half years. But it was only when she went to school that I felt right now I have got the time... To face up to things that are tough they won't go away yeah they will stay there. When I get to the end of my life I don't want to regret not having done something because you never know what's going to happen at that point.
