You have to get back in touch with the sensations in the body. There's a lot of really basic work, you know, somatic meditations that you can do and just grounding practices where you can start to bring more of that attention back into the body. The other critical piece is actually doing the emotional work,. For me dissociation was like my favorite is the fight like freeze like freeze was a big one in my life. And then improvisation is amazing and embodiment is amazing.
