If you are in chaos, it is important to make sure that we can control what is going on at the moment. No good can come from just spinning yourself out of control like the tasmanian devil. Just hit the pause button for a couple minutes. Breathe. Take a few deep breaths. And if youare in chaos, and i'll use the example of, maybe, ah, the client project isn't done, or you're laid on the boss's deliverables, or what have you, just grab a note pad and write down what needs to be done."
