Agile Scram

With an agile we don't have a role called team lead. We have stakeholders, we have developers or team members and we have a Scram master. The key thing is to shut down any of the ceremonies for a purpose that they're not designed for you just kind of shut it down. It's also easy to assume that when people say that they've already worked in agile that they haven't just been a part of the morning stand-up because Grumman has the backlog room.
