You have to be prepared coming in to a meeting with the founder. Do your do your research before comein that board. If i have no notes, i put and see no comment,. Then i will look at my notes before the next board meeting. So hopefully you took notes. If you didn't, take a bunch of notes...i'm basicly ere, no taker. I asume, obviously, you coan have the board ever yesn hav, the board deck open.
