The Importance of Having a Positive Outcome

I think it takes some of the heaviness off or some of the pressure off and it helps maybe zoom out a little bit so it focuses on me but also what's going on in the organization. It's not necessarily all about every result of what I've done or not done. The combination of you plus the organizational context did not equal what Jeff had in mind as success.
