The market is a social system and that it is obviously also socially constructed. And I think that that is perhaps one of the core insights for me when it comes to really understanding the strengths or limitations of the market. But then thinking about the importance of inner growth and development and that relationship to societal change. That really came through working with some very talented leadership development consultants in Scandinavia.
