Zapier for Project Managers and Clients
Zapier created a couple of custom fields on our tickets. One is for a teamwork task ID. So all they need to do is if they're going to go create a task for somebody, they just plug in some teamwork properties. There's a little reference on that task of the HubSpot ticket ID so that when that task is closed in teamwork, it actually goes and looks up the corresponding ticket in HubSpot. It will then fire off an email to the client, let them know how everything's good to go.
