The Benefits of Exercise Training for Older Adults

You're doing a maximum all out four second sprint over and over. So you're getting more bang for your buck. Are people going to actually want to do that? And do you find people continue to do it after you finish your studies, I guess? Yeah. You know, we weren't sure. Some of the adults who had never done exercise training in their lives, some of the women, they could motivate them to go all out for four seconds. It took a little bit of instruction and coaching but they did it.
