I think one of the problems in our modern culture is it's very self-centered. I tell men, look, you have a destiny. But your destiny is fulfilled by investing in the destinies of others. And that's why even in scripture, for example, we see so many examples and direct statements where if a man's going to be a good man to his wife, he's going to have to lay down his life.
