How to Put Prices Up for EPCs
It's got to be done delicately though, especially when you have good relationships with these agents. I would go to them and say, look, we're going to put prices up by 5% and talk to them face to face. Some of these agents bring in a grand a month or maybe 400 pounds a month,. some bring in 18k and having those conversations is not something you'd do over an email. So it's going to take some time. Each agent will be different how I'm going to put that price up and kind of why. But it's the why.
