I have celiac and I get really reactive to the wrong foods. Some people do a lot better off of grains and beans because their microbiome has been compromised. Not exercising surprisingly can diminish diversity of the gut. We want to maintain that diversity as much as we can by eating local produce if we can get it. And stress psychological stress is just the biggest, big cause of gut dysfunction.
