The view on the street at the moment seems to be this is a temporary problem. PC demand, which soared during the pandemic has kind of collapsed because everyone bought new PCs. Smart phone sales have been a little better than that, but not much. Cloud computing is decelerating by 50% down to like the 20s or the teens.
