What Are the Fundamentals of the Real Estate Industry in 2023?
Low-state taxes, limited regulation and policies regarding reproductive rights are some of the options. I think many of the responses are going to hold true for the balance of 2023 from interest rates to having lower-state taxes. But the other items as well, I think you will see a resurgence of this sector,. certainly the expectations of the third or fourth quarter as interest rates either moderate or stabilize. And people can make decisions based on some understanding of what the current marketplace is in that area.
