And so I find that we utilize indoor training as well to really hone in on some of these specific training workouts that we need to get in when we're not in Colorado. It's like your entire body getting behind that gear, you know, off the start line. You got to work on how do you bring that strength training with the skills of,you know, the pedaling dynamics and all that is so fascinating.
