I have lived my life way out of my comfort zone. And when you do that, you're gonna have failures and you have the chance to have successes that are beyond your greatest dreams. We were building a firm based on really three principles. One was never over promise. The second one was to always do quality. And the third was to build a firmbased on mutual respect. I wanted the person sitting at the far end of the table to know if we were discussing what was the right idea for a client of ours, I wanted them to not be afraid to speak up.
