I like it when people put a bit of effort in and then cocktails on arrival. I was talking to a friend the other day who... He said the most dangerous skill he learnt was how to make good cocktails, because now it's the first. And suddenly there were orders for seven martinis. It was like, this is my house. I didn't bite you over. People love that with food shows as well, because it's about comfort a lot of the times, isn't it? So you wanna feel like you're at someone's house, you wanna feeling like you're part of a social gathering. That's what it is.
