The Importance of Impact
The word impact carries with it some freight or baggage that I am not sure we want to have to carry. What's behind it is the desire to make a meaningful difference in the world. And so I'm thinking, it's going to continue to be part of our vocabulary. But I've decided that for some purposes, it really does matter.
