How to Create a New Market Category
A lot of times what people think of as category creation isn't in my mind. The easiest way to get traction initially is you know your product was built to solve a particular problem. If the problem is known there is probably an existing category out there that it could fit in. What you need to figure out isYou know your best fit customers and probably sitting in a sub-segment of an existing category so you know if i decide i'm going to launch a crm you know i i'm never going to take down sales force because sales force will always be with me.
