The final diagnosis was vestibular neurodus yeah and despite the low data on corticosteroids everybody treats with corticosteroid so i treated her with friend his own. After their seven days she was already better and i also gave her some medications for nausea and vomiting. Most of the patients have only this once in their lives so it's something good to reassure the patients because they usually feel very sick and it's very scary.
